Question

Title: Regarding the Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ Question: Is there any other Apostle, besides Jesus, that was born to a virgin mother? Amber Ly USA Answer: There is no other prophet besides Jesus (pbuh), who was born to a virgin mother. Jesus (pbuh) is the only prophet, who was born without the process of male-female copulation that is normally a prerequisite for the conception of a child. Thus, Jesus (pbuh) is truly the only prophet of God, who was born to a virgin mother, without the 'input' of a biological father. Even though there is no other prophet of God, who was born only to a mother, without the 'input' of a male, yet there is one other prophet of God - a human being - who was born without the 'input' of either of the two parents. Adam (pbuh), we know, was born without any of the two parents. If being born without a father is a 'miracle', then we must accept that this miracle is only 'half' as miraculous as being born without any of the two parents. I hope this helps.
