Question

Title: Non-Muslims Attending the Jum`ah (Friday) Congregation Question: How do Muslims feel about outsiders coming to the Friday service to learn more about Islam? Joe Halloran Answer: The Shari`ah does not hinder the Muslims from allowing non-Muslims from attending their mosques. However, some Muslims, for quite unknown reasons, do not like non-Muslims to attend their congregations. In my personal opinion, Muslim should not only allow but also invite non-Muslims to attend their congregations. Nevertheless, if you are considering attending a Friday congregation, I would suggest that you ask the administration of the mosque, so that no uncalled for and unforeseen event occurs.
